General Returns Policy

Xelelabs operate under an OPEX (Operational Expenditure) model and offer our solutions on a Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly/Yearly subscription model.
Please read the following policy carefully before subscribing to our services:

Products marked as "no-cancellation" on the product detail page cannot be returned / cancel. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement/cancellation.
Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns.

In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, xelelabs reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.


Note: All product categories are non-returnable for International Customers for Export Orders.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to discontinue our services:


  • You must send a cancellation request at least 30 days prior to the renewal date of your subscription.
  • The request must be sent via email to our official support address: connect@xelelabs.net
  • If we do not receive a cancellation request within the required notice period, the next billing cycle invoice will be generated and will be considered due.
  • We may contact you and / or carry out verification checks to ascertain the damage or defect in the item prior to cancellation of subscription.

Due to the nature of our service and OPEX-based delivery model, we do not offer any refunds once a subscription has started and payment has been processed. There is no provision to cancel the subscription in the middle of subscription period as per the subscribed term.

Note: All payments made through the Razorpay payment gateway are final and non-refundable.
